Billing and cancellation

You can cancel your subscription yourself anytime in your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments), or email us and we'll cancel it for you the same day. Refund questions are covered in our refund policy.

Safety concerns

If you believe an activity has a safety problem, please email us with “SAFETY” in the subject line — these messages are read first. See also our safety page.
