What we collect

• Your first name and email address, to send your weekly activities.
• Your child's age band (for example “3 to 3½ years”) — never a birth date.
• Two or three interests (for example “animals” or “vehicles”).
• Your practical preferences: activity length, mess tolerance, printing, outdoor access, and any limitations you choose to share.
• Your PayPal subscription ID, to match your payment to your membership.
• Your activity feedback (“loved it”, “not for us”), to improve your recommendations.

What we deliberately do not collect

• Your child's full or legal name.
• Exact birth dates.
• Medical information or diagnoses.
• Photographs of your child or family.
• School or childcare information.
• Your home address.

Our forms ask you not to include these, and if you include them anyway (for example in a free-text field) we delete them.

Payments

Payments are processed entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card number, bank details or PayPal password — only the subscription ID and the payment status PayPal reports to us.

How we use your information

To choose and deliver your weekly activities, to manage your membership and billing status, and to answer your messages. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use invasive third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Children's privacy

Rainbow Tots is a service for adults. Children do not use the website, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The limited child-related details we hold (age band and interests) are provided by you, the parent, and are used only to match activities.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us via the contact page. Deleting your data ends your membership, since we can no longer send your activities.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
