What exactly do I get for $9.99 a month?
Five activity recommendations by email every week — about 20 per month — chosen for your child's age and interests. Each one lists materials, steps, easier and harder variations, and a printable activity card. You also keep access to every activity we've already sent you.
How does billing work?
Membership is a recurring PayPal subscription. Your PayPal account is charged $9.99 USD when you join and then every month on the same date until you cancel. There is no free trial and no long-term commitment.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, in either of two ways: cancel the subscription directly in your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments), or email us and we'll cancel it for you. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What ages are the activities for?
Right now, Rainbow Tots is designed for children ages 3–4. Every activity includes an easier and a harder variation, so it can stretch a little younger or older. More age ranges are planned.
Do I need to buy special materials?
No. Activities use common household items — paper, cups, cushions, socks, cardboard boxes. If something isn't in your home, each activity lists simple substitutions.
How much preparation do activities need?
Normally five minutes or less. Activities themselves take about 10–15 minutes. The whole point of Rainbow Tots is less searching and setting up, more playing.
Is this a screen-time app for my child?
No. The email and website are for you, the parent. The activities themselves are entirely screen-free, hands-on play between you and your child.
What information do you collect about my child?
As little as possible: an age band (like '3 to 3½ years') and a few interests such as 'animals' or 'vehicles'. We never ask for your child's full name, birth date, photos, medical information, school or address.
Will these activities make my child smarter or more advanced?
We make no developmental guarantees, and we'd be wary of anyone who does. The activities support playful learning — talking, moving, thinking, creating and feelings — and the real product is easier, more frequent play together.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right — see our refund policy for details. Cancelling stops all future charges.
