Safety
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Every Rainbow Tots activity is written with safety in mind — and none of that replaces the judgement of the adult in the room. Here is how the responsibility is shared.
What we do
- Every activity includes a specific safety note about its real risks — choking hazards, slippery floors, scissors, water.
- Activities use common household materials chosen to be low-risk for ages 3–4 under supervision.
- Materials lists avoid button batteries, magnets, latex balloons and other items with well-known hazards for young children.
- We act on safety reports first, before any other support messages, and correct or withdraw activities when needed.
What we ask of you
- An adult supervises every activity, every time.
- Read the whole activity, including the safety note, before starting.
- Adapt or skip anything that doesn't suit your child, your home or your day — the easier variation exists for exactly this.
- Food-based activities must respect your child's allergies and chewing ability; you know these, we don't.
What we don't claim
We do not claim that activities are risk-free, and we make no developmental guarantees. Our activity content has not been reviewed by a named medical or educational professional; if that changes, we will say so here, by name.
Reporting a safety concern
If you believe an activity has a safety problem, email us with “SAFETY” in the subject line via the contact page. These messages are read before everything else.
